I participated with a birthday celebration group doing the ultimate sushi experience. I have taken a sushi making class before but that was nothing compared to this one! We made many types and styles, all along the way learning a lot about the history and important details during creating our food. Definitely recommend coming hungry; though it is slow & small to start, it builds and finishes deliciously!
What a great time! Something fun to do as date night or just hanging out with your best friend. I’ll definitely do a clinic at the house one day.

The sushi making class is such a great experience!! We surprised our 19 year old with a sushi party! There was a total of 16 people and Isaac did an amazing job with teaching us the skills and history of sushi making. It was definitely a memorable, fun filled evening.
Isaac came to our friends house to host a sushi party for their birthday. It was such a fun and educational experience! He was personable, adaptable, knowledgeable, fun and the sushi was delicious! Highly recommend! We will use this place again in the future.
This sushi-making class was a blast from start to finish! The class was well-organized & very beginner-friendly. Plus, we each got a sweet headband that added a fun touch and made for great photos! The two hours flew by with a perfect mix of fun, hands-on learning, and, much more importantly, delicious food! Isaac, our instructor, was fantastic. Super patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about sushi, he took the time to explain not just the how, but the why behind every step. We learned about the origins of the rolls we were making, and he even gave us the inside scoop on the best local spot to get fresh ingredients, so we can keep rolling at home. While we did the formal class setting at the Post Falls Pavilion, Isaac mentioned that he also offers in-home events, and now we’re totally inspired to book one with friends! Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for a unique way to spend an evening, I can’t recommend this experience enough. I left full, happy, and absolutely inspired to keep practicing! Also, I have to say, next time we go back just for the restaurant, I’m absolutely ordering the B52 roll!
This sushi experience was the perfect birthday gift and date night! Issac was prompt and helpful with talking our reservations. Once in class, he was friendly, professional and very funny! Sushi is truly an art! Isaac taught us to make several kinds of sushi with delicious, fresh ingredients. And since we got to eat everything we made we were completely and happily stuffed! My husband and I can’t wait to try this at home!
Really fascinating experience, Issac was amazing with his knowledge and experience. Also his jokes are too class! I always loved sushi but never really knew what it was like to prepare.fish was absolutely amazing and fresh, very professional. I have a whole new outlook on what it takes to bring me what I usually order in a restaurant. Everything was hands on and I feel like I got the full experience of making what I eat. And we ate every roll we made! I would recommend 10/10 would definitely love more classes.
